A woman told a judge Tuesday her husband forced her to eat his faeces before he’d let her visit a doctor for treatment of a kidney infection.
Yeuzhu Liu Batori, 44, took the stand against her husband, Louis Batori, 60, of Blountville Tuesday afternoon.
Police arrested him Sept. 6 on charges of attempted rape, solicitation of incest, especially aggravated kidnapping and aggravated domestic assault.
The woman said during a probable-cause hearing that during her 1½-year marriage, she was more of a maid and sex slave than a wife.
The couple met in 2000 in China and married in January 2005.
The woman said that a few weeks ago, her husband asked her to have sex with a teenage boy.
“I told him I couldn’t do it,” she said.
She said that later that evening, he threatened her with a shotgun and said, “I’ll fix you good” if she didn’t perform a sex act the next day.
The next morning, the woman said, she walked to the nearest gas station and called police.
Judge Klyne Lauderback dismissed the aggravated domestic assault charge and sent the other three counts to a grand jury for consideration.
The judge released Batori on bond on the condition he not contact his wife or her family.
What’s next?

“Judge Klyne Lauderback dismissed the aggravated domestic assault charge and sent the other three counts to a grand jury for consideration.”
Exactly what does a man have to do before women can have them charged with domestic assault?
This makes me physically ill.
Blessings.

Judges usually dismiss charges for a reason. I think this speaks highly towards the man’s innocence. And besides, she never testified that she was forced to eat feces. That has been made up by the newspapers. Research before you judge, my friends; newspapers have to sensationalize to sell.
